A.MAT Creative is a Cleveland-based brand and marketing strategy studio founded by Anna Matisak, a strategist and writer with 15+ years of experience. Anna partners with purpose-driven entrepreneurs and organizations to uncover their voice, clarify their story, and chart a path forward that feels authentic. Her approach blends brand storytelling, marketing strategy, and creative project management, always delivered with transparency, collaboration, and a touch of scrappy ingenuity.
With an MFA in Creative Writing, certification in LEAN mastery, and 500 hours of yoga teacher training, Anna brings both rigor and creativity to her work. She describes herself as a neurodivergent systems nerd and lifelong notebook scribbler, which shines through in the thoughtful questions and clarity she brings to every project. Through A.MAT Creative, she helps clients cut through the noise, speak clearly, and stand out for the right reasons.
Project Overview:
A.Mat Creative came to us with a clear strength in storytelling and marketing strategy but needed support creating a cohesive brand identity and website design that reflected her vision and values. While her site was already live, she wanted a stronger visual direction, simplified layout, and design elements that connected with her brand story.
We designed her branding and developed a startup Squarespace website, incorporating custom icons and subtle animations to enhance storytelling and create a sense of navigation and discovery. The result is a refreshed, professional online presence that elevates her work and communicates her creative expertise with clarity and style.
