Meet the Client:
Jake Collective is a foundation created by the Schreiber family in memory of their son, Jake. Their work focuses on increasing understanding of the adolescent brain and supporting young people who don’t fit neatly into conventional diagnostic categories. Their vision is grounded in compassion, education, and meaningful impact.
Project Overview:
Jake Collective partnered with Launchworthy to bring their mission to life online. We began by developing their brand identity, then designed a custom Startup website built with intentional storytelling and an emphasis on emotional clarity. This project involved close collaboration to refine imagery, content, and structure—supported by custom code, mobile optimization, and SEO best practices. The result is a website that communicates their purpose with sensitivity and honours the legacy that inspired the foundation.
